    Authenticator problems!

    Hello. I've got an 2FA on my old account and when I try log in it says "Please check the spelling of the account name, password and PIN." And Im 100% sure that my account name is correct, and my password is correct. And when im looking at my authenticator app it says my account name and it says Elysium. Im using the google authenticator app. I've sent an request to remove the authenticator but I haven't got an answer. Thanks!
