Greetings, fellow Elysiumians. I come here with a suggestion, that many of us in the community are crying out for. With the merge of Darrowshire, Anathema and Elysium into a new PVP server, there is firstly no where for the PVErs of Darrowshire to go in peace. More importantly, many of us on Darrowshire came there originally to find a quiet RP community, which was fairly successful. Now, with the merge of those three realms and Nighthaven being a fresh PVP realm, there is only one choice between one PVP realm, and another PVP realm. I'd like to offer an alternative solution.
Why not do, what as far to my knowledge, no other private server project has done before? Create a fresh, vanilla RP-PVP server? I should explain what I mean by that. The server's tag is RP-PVP-, but it doesn't mean that Nighthaven would force PVPers to PVP, just as PVE servers don't cause players to participate in no PVP whatsoever. All it would do is let the roleplay community know that Nighthaven can become a home for those who do wish to have a place for roleplay, and help diversify the predominately PVP community that vanilla private servers have. Please post your thoughts on making Nighthaven a RP-PVP server in the comments.
