Hey, so I have had some trouble restoring my old character. Every time I tried the character restore feature it would give me this message: "Wrong password or authentication rejected". The game wouldn't even let me log in (tried from October 30 to November 1 to login/restore), it was as if my entire account was deleted or gone. I had to remake my account now to even log in, so now my character is completely gone and it seems like there's no way to get it back. Would it be possible to get my character back or do I have to start from square one now? Thanks in advance for any support regarding this issue.
