We have no clue what Lights Hope is, we just joined Elysium, created a simple account here, started playing and now its all gone, please help us wich concret advises how to fix this

Exactly the same problem here: The System seems to know your account information because a password change request is send to the e mail wich with you signed up in the past. Then it says on your e mail you have to click on the link to change your PW, leading to the side to type in the old and 2 times the new password, after accepting it sends you another link with the changed passwort. Then you try to logg in with your e mail and the new passwor and its WRONG. Completley messed up. I hope the admins give us our accounts back, otherwise im gonna wait for the Blizzard servers and start there once and forever new. Greetings

Same Problem here: I tried to log in into my forum account with my usual data, couldnt log in.. then i changed my password, still cant log in. THEN creating an account with them same data, worked, could log in of course bec of a new acc. Character restoration also dont work, what to type in there, Forum name? Ingame accname? Ingame charactername??? And please give us a link where we can go to send our appeals to the stuff so we get our characters and accounts back.
