Has there been any notification on down time? Or, is this is area to find the info?

First time poster, I skimmed the above but am very much liking the 1:1 xp rate. I raid on retail but wanted to search and find something like original wow after Blizz announcement. I think a catch up 2x or more as the server progresses could work but think this for now is very very enjoyable for me. I plan to play this server 5x more than retail over the next year.
