I didn't expect that I have to confirm the password in the mail again. This solved the issue for me, thank you Sparkle!

Hello, I have requested a password recovery since I could not remember my old password. In my Inbox I found a mail giving me a new password which does in fact work to log me in. But now I would like to change the given password to one of my choice. Sadly the "Change Password" function on the website does at first appear to be working but in reality doesn't change a thing. I still have to use the password provided by the password recovery email. Best regards!
