John Die

Recently came back and on client log-in it says account closed, however I am able to log in to my account and see my character on the Elysium site. Any help with this matter is appreciated.

I did a reset and it didn't work. Gonna try it again, thanks. Edit: did a second password reset, still says it's closed.

When I try to login I get the message that the account has been closed. Am I banned? Returning player after like a year.
