Just copy the 'modui' folder and its content inside your elysium/Interface/AddOns folder. Start the game. Click on the 'addons" red button at the bottom left of the characters selection screen, check if your modui addon is enabled. In game, click on the M button, just on the left of your bags bar, or hit ENTER then type /modui to get access to the mod's options menu.
