Changed my res to 1980x1050 and now it does not open and i cannot physically close the game. I have to hard turn off my pc. Also none of my keybinds have saved since downloading onto another pc? Is this normal?

I have solved the character issue now. The only problem i am having is that is has not saved any keybinds to the account??

It shows no characters to restore on my control panel. But if i search for my characters they apparently still exist. I definitely do not have another account so this is just mind boggling!

1. I definitely selected the correct realm, give me some credit, i am not a moron. 2. I DO NOT have multiple accounts. 3. I will try check the control panel and get back to you.

Anyone know how to retrieve my characters??

I am away for a little bit so i downloaded Elysium onto my other pc. I do not have any of my characters or keybinds?? Surely this should be saved to my account? Would be great if someone could assist me with this cos it is very annoying!
