Looks like my characters transferred to lightshope

Hey guys, I wonder if you could help me. It's been a while since i logged in on my account. And thought let's get back into it again. When i logged in my warlock has dissapeared? Any ideas what has happened and whether i can retrieve my lost character? Thanks 🙂

Hi All, Could you please help me. I have tried to log into my account today and there are no characters on the account. I have tried using the character restore feature on the main page but it does not recognize my account. Oddly the account does work and i can log into it, there just are none of my characters there anymore. I have changed my password twice and the website still wont recognize the account. I would be grateful for any help. Thank you Aaron
