I can sign into my old account and make a new character but my old ones are gone and need to be restored. I don't know how to access my old account on this website to do it manually myself though. Is it possible for you guys to restore my character if given the name of him?

I've been trying to sign into my old account here on the website so I can change my password and restore characters but it says my information is all wrong all the time. However I can sign into the account in the actual game and it shows that I have some characters on the realm list (Of course they aren't there though) need help, thanks.
