    Char restore?

    I started to play there when you opened the vanilla legacy server which opened near 17th december, got my character near 60 and now started to play again and all my characters gone, when i try to char restoration it says wrong something, but i got in my acc, all character gone, administration, hope you will help me and i will get my character back.
