Buenas, como puedo pasar mi personaje de nightheaven a lightbringer? porque intento seguir las instrucciones en la pagina pero solo me dice "restore" y no tengo la opcion de elegir mi reino actual, como hago para cambiarlo?

I try to follow the instructions in the front page of elysium for translate my character from one realm to another but i cant select the nightheaven realm, only anathema, lightbringer (where i want to go) and darrowshire. Please help what i should do? Sorry for my bad english.
