If you're talking about Nighthaven, then there is no way that we will restore characters from the old realms. Nighthaven is a new fresh realm that requires you to start from the bottom, and progress through all the content once again. If you have further questions about this please do not hesitate to make a ticket ingame.

Please read the announcement carefully through @Zoxis. It clearly states: What about Stratholme characters? See below on details about Stratholme, but there may be a possible to have all previous backups that we owned in which we can transfer to the TBC realm for you.

To many players the realm was really pointless, and I honestly can't disagree. The server was not at any time as populated as we or I atleast thought. No one knows as if from where the characters were transfered from that there wasn't transferede a big amount of "fake" gold to ruin even more the economy. I really think it was a good idea to put the server offline. (Just my thoughts).

The stratholme realm has not been released yet, as there is still being fixed stuff on it. We hope to see it up soon. Please be patient.

Game Master's cannot check your account's email adress, I believe the best way of getting your email known is by making a ban appeal or contacting a System Admin on the discord with enough ownership infomation so we can secure that the account owner is you.

The restoration process from Nostalrius to Elysium ended roughly around 8 months ago.
