I have gnomish engineering above 260 and I can talk to the gnome near the transporter with the dialogue "I must build a beacon for this marvelous device!" and my character does the animation like he has learned a new ability but there's no new recipe in my engineering. The engineering trainer in Gadgetzan who I thought could teach the recipe has no new schematics for me. Is this item not in this patch, or is this a bug?
