I got the glowing shard quest from Wailing Caverns but when I try to talk to Sputtervalve, he doesn't say anything so I go back to the cave to try and turn it in but it wont let me. I will try and abandon the quest but when I start it again it says completed even though I haven't talked to sputtervalve and I still can't turn it in to the cave.

Just an update to any Admins out there, I reset my WTF and even changed my realm list to another game server which I was able to connect to. I also tried to config my DNS and I did a ping test to the Elysium realm list which I got a hit. Still unable to log in and it goes straight from connecting to disconnected. **Update** Fix my issue. Had to restart router for some reason but it seemed to work.

I haven't seen anything posted on this yet, but I was suddenly disconnected and haven't been able to log on for over an hour. There hasn't been any post on Elysium Facebook or twitter accounts or any forums about this issue. This leaves me to believe that I'm the only one with this problem.
