fixed the problem, but now i cannot get onto Nighthaven. Is this just a bug in the system?

I've successfully restored my character from lightshope, (i'm assuming - Zerotwoone) but i'm getting an instant disconnected from server when i'm trying to log in. I am using a VPN because the hospital WiFi does not let you play video games without it. I was wondering if a mod could help me with my situation as I am not sure what to do and cannot not use a VPN to connect to the server. Thank you in advance for the help.
