Most people seem pretty confused about what is going on here.
The restoration tool.. It is not working. You can still pull up your old characters, but as others have said when you click "restore" the website responds, "server error".
I imagine this is because restored characters are supposed to be sent to Stratholme (Is this part true?), a server that does not exist. Why would you brag about and continue to run the restoration tool if the server it "restores" to has been shut down? That means the restoration tool is useless, as no one who plays on Elysium can recover their old characters on the new Nighthaven server. Is this correct?
