I'm having the same problem, when I try to run the restore characters option it says my account/password is invalid but I'm able to logon to the game server and create a fresh character on the Nighthaven realm fwiw - When I was viewing the realm list it showed that I had 5 characters on Nighthaven but none showed on the list when selecting Nighthaven
