    Remove World Chat

    I don't think any one person is gonna change the way the community as a whole communicates to eachother, and honestly its not that big of a problem, Speeding up the finding a group process by about 10 or 20 minutes by not having to travel does not ruin my vanilla experience, at least. Its not much different then joining a leveling guild for the purpose of questing and doing dungeons together. However, I know not likely to happen, one change is something I would find much more appealing. World chat is meant for global communication, yes. but the chat is constantly spammed by Trade, LFGs, Guild Recruitment, memes, off topic conversations (Usually questionable in nature) and Ninja/guild drama. I propose a Gobal World, Trade, and LFG chat, just to filter some of that spam. Maybe make a Barrens chat for the drama, who knows :P.

Lol yeah I know what you mean, but when I was zoning STV i was thinking about what areas are most competed for in quest objectives, mats, loots, etc. Also where players of opposite factions converged. If this was a map of what areas are most heavily ganked (Which i may actually make) STV would be entirely red at that point. Unfortunatly this map was purposely made so ganking PVP was purposely excluded from the information and data used to determine the zones.

  5. Hello Nighthaven community! With the impending release of the Honor system and general celebration of world PVP, I have decided to draft a World PVP Intensity map, The map is intended to highlight areas where world PvP naturally occurs and at what intensity. This is something I would like to contribute to the community who welcomes players from all walks of life and background. This is a Nighthaven specific map, and is based on game logic, personal experience, and community information. With that said, there may be inconsistencies. If you have any criticism or information to add, or have any questions, please feel free to reply here or contact me directly! I have divided the intensities of the PvP areas into three stages of contest; "Lightly Contested Area" (Yellow) "Moderately Contested Area" (Orange) and "Heavily Contested Area" (Red) Yellow - Areas where opposing factions encounter each other, but generally do not engage in a PvP situation (As usually its a waste of time) Orange - Areas that share faction-neutral points of interests (Quest objectives, Grind Spots, etc) or has a high probability of opposing factions encountering each other Red - Areas that contain especially valuable points of interest, are high demand dungeon meet-up spots, or are generally regarded and accepted as heavy PVP areas. Please note that this is a "Honorable PvP Map" which only highlight areas where same-level pvp occurs, as a result, heavily ganked areas that normally do not have pvp are not included. Also note that this is still a draft, and as such is subject to change. Any suggestions are welcome. Community Credit (So Far) Powchow
