There were no official arenas in Vanilla wow, so it would not be true to form for them to do so. The closest you'll be able to get is the Gurubashi arena, in which everyone is hostile unless partied.

Hey all, obviously the PVP sets aren’t out yet (Nighthaven), but when they are, what do you all assume will be the stacking status of the speed set bonus and Feline Swiftness? Feline is 30% for 2 points, the bonus is 15%. I know later iterations of the game specifically stated they don’t stack, is this implied in 1.12? Cheers, Slay
