    I posted this on the GitHub. They responded. Basically the quest isn't released until patch 1.5 so the item shouldn't even be in the game yet. Link is below. https://github.com/elysium-project/bug-tracker/issues/217

    I second this. Normally I wouldn't care about one quest not working, but this one is repeatable and offers a good amount of reputation with Darnassus which is very helpful for those of us trying to reach exalted. I spoke with a GM earlier today about it and he couldn't tell me when it would be fixed because there are several other bugged quests that need attention according to him.
