I joined Elysium back in its first year of creation and was happier than a little boy on Christmas morning! I have since taken a break since all the drama and looking to come back now that things are looking more stable and the dust has settled.
My question / concern is this, it seems like servers have come and gone rather rapidly throughout 2017 and I have already lost a character progress during the initial storm of swords (yes, A Song of Ice and Fire reference) and would like to know what steps have been taken to ensure players time and energy is not lost.
I see a lot of character revival threads out there and side note, do not expect to get my last character back. However, looking forward, if something unfortunate happened to Nighthaven and a new server was created and pushed to the forefront, would my current character(s) be moved or more to the point, how can I ensure my time is not wasted but instead put to good use down the road and for the future of Elysium?
I really appreciate any help or explanations as I have yet to find a straight forward and clear answer to my question within the threads and videos out there. I am super exited to return to the fantastic and often toxic ;) community I have missed tremendously. Thanks again for all your hard work and efforts!!
