pre-1.3 mounts and obtaining them

Big Q there, if anyone can answer this, how will the pre-1.3 mounts be obtained in the new server?

 

on Nostalrius begins for a short time one could BUY it from the vendors like you could before 1.3, on Kronos it was stuck behind a cash shop paywall

 

so how are we gonna get our hands on those mounts if possible?

 

and a second question while I'm at it, how is pat pathing and how is pet behaviour in general?

 

I know most private servers seem to not care about their mmap as so long as the pet doesn't sperg out, but on Kronos it's bad in a lot of places (dead mines, have fun on the boardwalk leading up to the ship if a hunter is in the party)
