Fresh Start Horde <Apotheosis> Recruiting

<Apotheosis> is a new guild being formed immediately following the launch of the Fresh Start PvP server with the Nostalrius core.

 

Our goals as a guild is to push ourselves to maintain a high level of progression on the server at keep ourselves among the best. On top of keeping a strong raid team, we strongly value a tight-knit community around us, that being said, any and all are welcome to join the guild, and eventually try out for the team. Only the best, however, will be accepted. Remember, its 40 people per raid!

 

So, the most important thing... Why us?

The core of <Apotheosis> started with a small group of friends with a strong passion for WoW and strong raiding and leadership experience, with several US Top 100 and US Top 150 ranks. That being said, we left retail WoW to come here because retail has clearly severely deviated from what WoW was. Also, if you enjoy leadership positions, those who join from the start will have priority for when we recruit general officers and class officers.

 

Our end goal is to have our main team be among the best on the server, with possible another 1-2 teams for others.

Please know, we're looking for people to progress with us throughout the entirety of Vanilla, including Naxx 40.

 

 

Current Recruitment Needs:

Recruitment for all classes at the moment is: OPEN

 

Anyone interested is encouraged to apple regardless of what we currently need.

 

 

Raid Times:

Wed/Thurs/Sun - 2pm-6pm EST (8pm-12am CET (Paris))

 

 

Gear Distribution:

Gear will be distributed via a Loot Council made up of the RL/GM and the officer core. The most contributing factors to who we give loot to includes Attendance, Performance, Attitude, Gear (set bonus, how much of an upgrade, etc)

 

 

What We Expect From You:

Punctuality, Professionalism, Preparation, Attention, Performance

Show up on time, respect the others and work as a team, do what needs to be done to maximize performance, dont slack off during raid and perform well, both in dps/healing/survivibility and mechanics.

 

 

We will be using Discord as our main method for communication during raids and as the regular go-to for voice chat and chilling.
