troster 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2016 Hi, I just started playing Elysium as I have heard a lot of news and stories from Nostalrius from friends. With the huge announcement that they were merging with Elysium, I took some time to look further into it and I was immediately hooked. I thought I was happy with Legion but quite honestly i'm loving vanilla at this point. However, I just read an announcement in-game that said all character progression is frozen until the merge is complete? Does this mean I am essentially wasting my time? I'm really short of time recently and I do not want to pour hours into a character for it to be wiped in a week or so. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Shaylin 6 Report post Posted November 9, 2016 If you created your character BEFORE the announcement on 11/6/2016 - November 6th, 2016, then you are safe and whatever progress you made will stay. If you created it AFTER the announcement on November 6th, 2016, then no, your toon will not be saved. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

There was no point in playing further, people can say whatever they want but progress and that being saved "does" matter.
