[Horde - NA] Reign recruiting for AQ40 8/9

Reign was formed at the beginning of the original Nostalrius release with the intention of progressing through PvE end-game content with a strong community of dedicated and competitive players. We have since grown into a strong family who have been playing together for 2 years across multiple servers and games. When you become a member of Reign you are not simply a name on the roster, you are a part of our community. With the arrival of Ahn'Qiraj, now is the best time to get involved and show us you can play with some of the best.

 

We are currently looking for 1 Rogue, 1 Priest, 1 Mage. An ideal candidate is pre-bis geared minimum. All candidates are welcome to apply, but consideration is only given to exceptional players. If you cannot pull your weight, you will be quickly replaced with players who can. To avoid this you should be able to meet the criteria below:

• Teamspeak 3 (Mic is mostly optional but if communication becomes an issue it will become a requirement)
• Min-Max your class
• Knowledge of your class mechanics and rotations
• Effective use of macros / addons
• Stable internet connection
• Come to raids prepared with all consumes, enchants and buffs
• Constantly strive to improve your playstyle
• Knowledge of boss mechanics and the ability to adapt to changes in the raid environment
• Maintain awareness of your surroundings within a raid
• Strong raid attendance and punctuality

 

Raid times: Progression raids last up to 4 hours

• Thursday - 8:00 PM EST (Farm) - Blackwing Lair Farm
• Friday - 8:00 PM EST (Progression) - AQ Progression
• Saturday - 8:00 PM EST (Progression) - AQ Progression, day off / PuG Raid Day after AQ moves to one night.

Additional Information:

• DKP Based Loot System with Minor Loot Council
• Mature Language is frequently used
• Expect strong criticism if you screw something up

When do you guys generally do the main world buffs such as ZG/Ony? While I would be able to consistently make your raid start time and do DM buffs the night before, I want to make sure I'd be able to make world buffs since they make such a huge difference in performance.
