Our difference is a focus on building and maintaining a strong community. We believe that the true strength of this game lies in the quality of the players beside you. We are a high performance raiding and guild with secondary focus on PvP and ranking. Our goal is to be the leading oceanic guild in both PvE and PvP. RAIDING Many laughs are had during BYO raids but our raids are taken seriously. SCHEDULE: Our first raid is planned five weeks after Launch. As the average time to hit level 60 is 8-10 days play time this will of course depend on the time it takes our members to level. DAYS AND TIMES: Wednesday and Sunday 8:00pm - 11pm AEST (+10GMT) || 10am – 1pm Server Time || 3am-6am PST We believe two days a week is more than enough time to down current content. If necessary we may include a Monday raid during early progression to finish off content. LOOT SYSTEM: Loot will be decided by Loot Council members and Class Leaders prior to the raid to avoid all surprises and confusion during the raid. This allows for a streamline raiding experience with less time spent on loot and no loot issues during the Raid. To avoid loot drama, almost all loot is assigned before any player actually steps in the instance. All data is public and available to everyone. This is a Loot System we have had extensive experience running. We believe it offers the fairer system for Individuals that is also in the best interest of the Raid. REQUIREMENTS: While all members are welcome to raid there will be strict requirements to do so. Consumables: Full consumes (including world buffs) will be mandatory. (for content on farm reduced consumables may be allowed). Skill: Having experience in raiding is not required, but having an eagerness to learn and take direction from your class leader is. Learning boss fights from the videos and resources provided is also required. PVP GENERAL: The general PvP scene in BYO will be very active, with regular guild premades. The BYO core has many experienced PvPers who happy to share their expertise. RANKING: Our ranking officer has extensive vanilla PvP and ranking experience. Combined with the large number of members that were ranking on K2 BYO has a huge amount of ranking expertise to share with those looking rank. HOW TO JOIN: Only requirement to join our guild is that you agree with our Code of Conduct.
