Cant remember my account or password on NOST

I cant remember my old login or password,thought NOST was gone forever.How do I get it back

I have a way of recovering your username but not your password:

If you didn't uninstall your vanilla client when Nost closed, you should still have cached files from your old accounts. Go to <your vanilla WoW install>/WTF/Account. You should see folders there named after the accounts that logged on from the client from your computer. Now all you need to do is remember what password you used.
