Forum Registration Issue?

Hey Guys,

So for the past month I was attempting to register on the site, and never received a validation email - eventually used a temp email to set this up. But the issue still appears to be there as when attempting to change email address nothing comes through, nothing in the SPAM filters for any of the webmail providers I've used. I've tried GMX, Gmail & a personal email domain.

To register a game account?  That hasn't been possible yet except for on test realms for limited time.  Game accounts are going to be available for creation shortly.

Registering for site I know for fact that when I used my hotmail the Validation email was sent directly to Junk mail.

To clarify - forum registration. Not game registration.

I did make sure to look inside any junk & spam email filters, but still got nothing. It's very unusual and the first site I've come across in a long while where no email comes at all. It was odd enough I figured it's worth reporting on the forums.

For initial forum registration, i def received an email.  There isn't anything in that email fo use though if you are already here aside from the validation, which makes me wonder how you're here.  You maintain your account from within the forum.

 

Oh this is a separate account you created and were able to receive validation.  So, it appears your problem would be with your email provider, right?

Greetings,

please add that email address to your white list or list of safe addresses. If you can't find any other option, add it to your address book. That should force your email client to actually accept the email when it arrives.
