Completed Transfer, Used Different E-Mail

Saw somewhere that it was suggested to use the same e-mail we used for our old Nost account to register for Elysium, otherwise our account would be flagged for sharing/selling. I was able to successfully transfer my characters via the Token because I was able to remember my user/password but I don't remember the e-mail I used to set up my Nost account.

 

What exactly would an investigation entail and how would I go about proving it is my account so that I can play when the server launches?

I'm wondering this as well - what exactly does being flagged mean? I don't want to get banned...
