I going through the process of getting my token but everytime I put in my details, I get the message to say it's generating then it's says wrong info? Ellipsea 36 Report post Posted December 13, 2016 I got the "generating" thing too, then it stopped. Tried with a different PW and it did the same thing. On my third attempt with a different PW, it worked. It gave me the "generating" thing even though I was entering the wrong password. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
