Verification Email - Something to try

I've been trying to get the verification email after creating an account with gmail, but no luck for the last day.

 

I decided to re-create the account with a different username but same email and verification came through instantly.

 

Might be something to try with those still having problems.

Interesting, 36 hours without a verification email. I also had my username set to the same as my old Nost username (and was trying to verify with the same email I used on Nost too). I wonder if the system doesn't send a verification if you use identical user/pass/email as you had in place on Nost?

 

As soon as I changed to a new email and username, verification worked in seconds and I could transfer my chars (but now I'm stuck with my Nost chars linked to a throwaway Gmail account...  booo).

I used a different username and password on the Elysium new account setup, but the same email as used on nostalrius as advised in instructions.

 

No email 44 hours+

Try making a new account, just add 1234 or something to the username, but keep the email the same. I might have just got lucky, but re-creating an account and just changing the username a bit is the only time I've got a confirmation email.

Yes problem I have is my token is applied to the account I need to validate.

Same here, hopefully our situation gets fixed soon.
