Bug during transfer

Hello, i post my problem here and hope we will can fix problem !

 

1) i created new elysium account and selected transfer from Nostrius server

2) i took the token from my Nostrius account

3) spammed a bit because everybody was doing same at this moment and server was slow

 

4) Now the problem is : - it's saying

  1. Create an account — Done!
  2. Validate your email to unlock and transfer your Nostalrius' characters on your account — Done!
  3. (Optional) Transfer your Nostalrius characters — Done!

                     - but on control panel i have You don't have any character yet!

                       and no option for keep trying transfer characters

 

 

                    - i tried to make a new account for check if it was the elysium account who bug but it's saying my token is already consumed

 

 

5) I forget to say , my elysium account is a Yahoo mail  ( i saw some guys have problem with yahoo mail )

Im not sure, but it seems like you're saying you've created several Elysium accounts.  Whichever account you deposited your token into is the only one to worry about.  If you put your token in to that account before you verified it, do you have the verification email for that account still?

 

And I'm not sure what you were spamming after you already had the token.

I said i have spammed the token because i had some error and the server was very slow when all people was trying to copy their char at same time

And my bug is : 1) it's didnt copy my characters   2) I can't copy / transfer anymore more token or characters   3) When i try with a new elysium account it's saying my token is consumed

If you managed to deposit the token and it originally said, the first time, you had no characters on that account, you are in a group of people with a similar issue....if you read other threads other people have noted this and I don't know what devs will do about it and good luck.

 

If however, you deposited your token into an account and didn't verify it first and still have not verified it, that's a separate issue.
