Unable to log in to Control Panel, and unable to reset password.

Hi, Last Sunday I made an Elysium account to play on my old characters from Nostalrius again. I got my account made and verified and got the character token from Nostalrius, but when I tried to log in to the control panel on the Elysium website I was met with "Invalid Credentials". I know I typed the correct info, I also tried typing other passwords that I use in case I messed when I made my account. I hit "Forgot the password?", but it was bugged at the time so I waited a few days in case it got fixed

I read that it was fixed today and tried again. I filled in the info, confirmed I wasn't a robot and clicked send. Everything looked like it worked but I haven't received any emails yet. I am starting to worry seeing as the server launch is coming up fast. Desperately looking for solutions.

Same thing, "Invalid credentials" on control panel each time I try to log in there.

Got Emails, did reset my password, but still getting "Invalid credentials".

 

Created second account (on another email), same thing.

 

Trying to log on with client -- same, account name or password is wrong.

I can't even reset my password though. When I try to reset my password I don't receive any emails from Elysium.

Are you guys using any symbols in your passwords?

Cause that doesn't work here, even though you don't get any error message.

You're just not able to log in if you do.

 

I had this issue, but was able to fix it when they improved the password reset function.

You have to use alphanumeric characters only. Same as with user names. Meaning A-Z and 0-9.

 

Quite limiting imo, but that seems to be the way it is.

No. I'm not using any special symbols.

This token system seems to have numerous problems, many of our guild moving over are having problems. Most problems seem to be invalid credentials, but we know they're correct (multiple people don't just loose their account details to full t2/pvp geared characters).

 

Would of it not been a lot easier to just import the entire Nost database, and then allow Elysium to merge into it?
