As many of us are posted, i`ve got same problem.I`ve done all of we need to do step by step with two accounts (for me and my friend with mail base @mail.ru both of accs) One of them done well, second is got no characters. Here is some screenshots of process:First of all i`ve made acc and i did activation.Then i`ve got a token from token.nost in my mail: Here is mail:Copy-pasted in special transfer window and got "BLA BLA BLA - CYA in Azeroth!" To be sure i relogged and got this: And this: After that i`ve create new account wiht other mailbase to check my token and my token was already consumed:So, that the problem is. I've done transfer in december 12th.I apologize for my terrible English. I tried to tell as much detail, as i can. Guest Report post Posted December 16, 2016 Hi Jonick, The beginning of your post all looks good until we get to the part at the bottom about you creating a "new account wiht other mailbase to check my token". It looks like you're trying to use the same token for a different account? Is that right? Tokens can only be used once, and you can only use one token per account. If you have multiple Nostalrius accounts, you'll need to create multiple Elysium accounts and transfer the tokens individually. Guest Report post Posted December 16, 2016 Hey Jonick, If what "Oghoul" said is accurate, and you just cannot see your characters in the control panel - that means you transferred an account with no characters. It looks like, from your images, that the transfer was completed (Transfer your characters from Nostalrius - Done!). Are you certain you transferred the right account, with characters on it? If we aren't seeing them on the website, are you saying they are truly gone? That was the case prior - however it's been confirmed by the team that all accounts are showing accurately now. Currently on pinned announcement on help on discord the idea put forth is it is entirely the fault of those uploading accounts that don't know what toons they have on what accounts or if they are verifying account that have no toons on them. I asked Pottu to verify that, and that's what he said. Basically user error in not understanding what they had on their own accounts. But you are saying there was a point in time where tokens were not uploaded correctly or we can't see in control panel what actually exists. That's a big difference. Early on in Token generation the devs were investigating issues with characters showing up. It's been rectified for a few days now. I would assume that the control panel is accurate - and those reporting no characters have, as you said, been a case of user error.
