Missing Account / Account Doesn't Exist

I have an account with Nostalrius but when it comes down to retrieving a token to move my account from Nostalrius to Elysium, I get a message saying the information is invalid.

 

I only use two email addresses and neither work.

 

I couldn't remember my password but I have my username that is listed in the WTF/Account folder of the Vanilla Wow Installation, however when typing in my username on the token page, it again tells me the information is invalid even though I have the Vanilla Wow Installation Folder that shows both my account name and a list of all my characters... Is my account somehow bugged?

Do you have more than one account name in that folder?  Did you play multiple accounts on Nostalrius?  Did you switch servers on Nostalrius?  Did you play with that client anywhere other that Nostalrius?  these questions are to jog your memory.

 

Also if you're absolutely positive of your nostalrius account name, there's no harm in guessing password repeatedly.
