Nostarlius Character Transfer Problem

I made a mistake in generating my transfer token while at work.  Now I am home, and I cannot transfer my character as my IP Address is not the same.  Would I be able to get some assistance with this?

Hi there,

 

You can regenerate a new token from the Nostalrius Token page. As long as you generate it and consume it with the same IP, you should be fine.

It's not generating a new token :(

 

Anything else I can try?


Oh wait, it just did.  I tried a few hours ago and it wasn't working.  Thanks!

Oops! An Error Occurred The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".
Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately we're having an issue with that 500 internal server error right now. Devs are working on it - should only be a few hours!

 

Once thats fixed, give er a try again! Should be good.

Where can I find out if it's up?

You can check back on the forums for any updates or lack of reports of it happening, or you can also go to the main page and check the social media links. Quickest way would probably just be to leave a browser window up with your token entered and try it periodically.
