Transferred Nostalrius account to new Elysium, (issue) You don't have any character yet!

The token worked successfully with the account name and password I remembered using for Nostalrius

 

But after entering the token it came up with

You don't have any character yet!

 

Is there a bug or ? because I never had an account with 0 characters on it and pretty much only ever had the 1 , is there any way that some one can confirm this for me ?

More people is having the same problem. No fix yet that I know of. There is more post on this forum about this issue

bump, solve this issue please, I had only 2 accounts 1 with my main smork hunter on nost pve and alt account with level 20 warlocks .. i used my main email which is linked to my main hunter acc and yet no characters exist after using the token http://realmplayers.com/CharacterViewer.aspx?realm=NBE&player=Smork this is my hunter

Well this is embarassing, I resolved the issue and I may aswell explain it incase others have done the same.

 

I used the token for an acc I thought was the main one but in reality it was my forum account, try and remember what account you used on the nostalrius forums. if you want go back to the nost forums and check your name on posts you remember posting in
