Hello, today when I tried to transfer my characters, I encountered a problem when I am validating my token on the page

It says that "Your Nostalrius Token was already consumed"

 

And then I went to the page

 

https://elysium-project.org/recover/nostalrius

 

and tried to reset my nost account with my character information, it says that

 

No '****' was found as a top most character in the character list of any account registered with '****@***.***'.
