Token already consumed? Hacked token?

Hello, I wanted to transfer my Nostalrius account to elysium, but it says my token is already consumed.... Now I read the forums and A LOT of people have this same problem? Can an admin fix this? Can we appeal with the current token to still transfer it, because I put a lot of effort in leveling.

 

Did the Database get leaked? did accounts get leaked? if so, give us an option to get our characters back.
