Imported token but account is empty.

Hi,

 

So i imported my token with my characters but it seems like nothing got transferred. The only reason I can think of is that when nost launched a account I had gave instant disconnects when I tried to log in so I just created a new one and abandoned the old one.

 

I have a screenshot of my character and I can remember most of his gear, the pet I had and all of the characters I had on the account. I hope it is just the token that got messed up though since that would make it all easier.

 

I guess I shouldn't post character or account names here so what would be the first step?

I got the same issue Did the transfer but don't have any chars on my control panel or in the game..

My token already got consumed, while I didn't consume it. I hope I can restore my character. My token probably got hacked and now that they see the character is only mid 30's it will probably get abandoned. Really stupid the token system.

I received nostalrius' account code and used it but none of my characters appeared in my control panel. On further attempts it says my code has already been used, which makes sense as I used it. But none of my characters show up, I have heard other people say when they used their code only a fraction or none of their characters transferred.

 

It may be possible that I used another username for the account and I recovered a blank alt account. I do remember the name of my characters on the account and their approximate levels, along with the email address used and the password. So if there would be account name recovery by email and password that would be great.

 

I heard some people saying delete your cache and cookies and try to get the code again, but that didn't work for me.
