Invalid authorisation, now account is closed

Hello, I'm looking for some assistance with issues I've encountered.

 

I transferred my characters over from Nostalrius, and upon attempting to log in to the realm, my information is invalid. I've attempted multiple password resets/account resets but I'm not receiving any emails.

 

Now whenever I try to log in, it says my account has been closed and is no longer available for play. I even made a second account and tried to log in on that, but that's closed too which I find strange.

 

Any idea what's happening here?
