Cant see other players, npc and mobs + missing some gears

Recommended Posts

Hello,

My character is originally named Zfjxx created on the old Elysium and then trasferred successfully to the new Nost pvp which now named Zfjmm.

1, I logged in several times, but I cant see other players, npc and mobs, though I can speak even in world channel.

2, I'm missing some of the gears like:

Mantle of Lost Hope,

Faith Healer's Boots,

Redemption,

Ritssyn's Wand of Bad Mojo

and for Senior Designer's Pantaloons seems like I still have it, but it now appears green and much degraded.

I didn't take any screenshoot cause I didn't know I'll even need them, however I found a website where seems aim to keep some data of our characters: http://realmplayers.com/CharacterViewer.aspx?realm=ELY&player=Zfjxx

I hope it can be used as a proof.

Could you please help ?

Thank a lot !

I'm not entirely sure on the whole "Can't see players" deal. But I do know for a fact that you probably won't get those items back as they were likely obtained AFTER the database was saved. Elysium Twitter confirmed..

If you are missing an item, it is because you obtained it after the character database was saved. We are not restoring these items.

But in fact I got those things way before 11/06 except Redemption which I got within 11/06...

Never mind, after all, only lost some pre bis gear

I have a similar problem, which in my case is triggered by joining a battleground. I can interact with other players for a few minutes, but then suddenly everyone starts running into cliffs, and behave odd. I will also get attacked by invisible mobs and players, and I will see player cast spells at invisible targets.

My client also fails to register that my character dies while this issue persists.

This issue was also present during the stress tests.
