Missing Items on Bank alts

So... My main character was retrieved fine, but my bank alt that was on a separate account did not. The character itself transferred fine, but none of my items were there in its bags or bank. over the course of several months I accumulated hundreds of shards, both large brilliant and nexus, heaps of elemental earth for AQ potions for my guild, and had a sizable amount of coin to my name. All of these things are missing without a trace.

 

What Can I do in order to receive some help? Is this an issue for low level characters as this character is only level 8? Is it an isolated or uncommon event? I've heard that several guild bank alts have been wiped similar to mine. Please advise.

 

Thank you for you effort Elysium team! I know not everything can be perfect but, the entirety of my accumulated wealth of many months of game play and farming disappearing just like that into thin air is a heavy blow on the heart.

Exactly same problem - main account transferred fine, but bank is completly empty with 2 gold left on it

 

Dear Elysium administrators and game masters,

this character used to be my bank but it seems that I am missing all the gold and items. Is it possible to look into the problem and see if a proper restore can be made?

 

I am missing gold, all the bags (even in the actual bank) and many packs of icecaps, mountain silversage, dreamfoil and ore.
