Nostalrius token - No characters on this account

I have recently made a new Elysium account, got my token for my nostalrius account, and then after I registered the token, I was greeted with " you have no characters!" there is no option to try again or anything, and as far as I know, it is 100% the correct email/login. 

 

Elysium account made, token transfered, but it doesnt seem like any characters were put on the account, and when I tried with another account it tells me that that token has already been used.

 

Please help! I'm dying to play and get my character back! It seems like this is potentially a bug as others have posted about this!

myself and many others have this issue ive been looking ever since launch havent seen a gm response so far. Also eagerly awaiting a fix.
