Imago 0 Report post Posted December 18, 2016 Hey all - I am running into a problem with getting on the server(s). I am running 1.12 from the suggested torrent, my realmlist.wtf file was edited to set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org without changing the name the file itself (should it still be a text file?), and my login username/password are correct. It seems like I am not even getting an attempt at connecting, as the first thing that pops up is "disconnected from server." any help out there? It sounds like to me that its a problem with the realmlist.wtf file, since I am not even getting to the realmlist, but am running off the OG login screen. Also, I have a seperate wow.exe that sends me to the old patcher, but no farther. Should I look into that?
gamex7 0 Report post Posted December 18, 2016 Hey guys, I'm suffering a similar issue, I have no addons and I've followed every step and earlier during launch I even logged in just fine! But when I tried a few hours ago I was able to log in and even get into the starting zone for whatever character I loaded, but after a few moments (Generally before all the models loaded in) I was instantly dc'd. What can I do? I've already tried deleting my WTF and Interface folder to see if that would fix the issue but I had no luck.
Imago 0 Report post Posted December 18, 2016 Actually, my login info doesn't seem to matter - I am not even getting to a point where it can verify account info. I really think this has to do with my realmlist.wtf, but everything checks out based on what I've read

my5t1k 0 Report post Posted December 18, 2016 (edited) I'm having this issue as well.1. Earlier, while the PvP server was down, I transferred my old characters from Nostalrius to my new Elysium account (I only had characters on the PvP server). 2. I'm able to log into and play the new character I created on the PvE realm while the PvP server was down; however, once I select the PvP realm (which shows no # of characters in-game), I'm automatically disconnected and then I get immediately "Disconnected from Server" when attempting to log in again. 3. I must then delete my WDB/Config.wtf files and re-open the game to log in and select the PvE server. If I select the PvP server, the cycle continues.Extra info: I've confirmed my old Nostalrius characters appear on the character list found through the Elysium website: account manager. Update: I was able to log in successfully on the PvP realm by dismissing the error and logging in over and over, about 6 times. It hung on character creation seemingly until I tabbed out. When I tabbed back in, it had loaded all of my characters. Then the same thing happened with a full loading bar on the Kalimdor loading screen. I tabbed out and back in and it had loaded the world successfully. Edited December 18, 2016 by my5t1k

crunchy 0 Report post Posted December 18, 2016 I resolved this issue by renaming my realmlist from "realmlist.wtf" to just "realmlist".
