3rd time new acc on forums but cant transfer charakter help !

ok so i manage too get my token.. yesterday but the site was  down so i stopped trying because i got "invalid creds"

so am trying  again today but same thing.. i can login on forums easily but on the control panel it doesnt say valid like how da вау is this possible.. please i dont understand why it so tough too get access could someone look into this for me please? i got

bump so i fixed my accounts straight and pw all that, on control panel i get once i login invalid "csr token?" then invalid creds again.. why?
