Very Long Hearthstone CD and Unable to chat in World

Been looking through the forums to see if anyone else is having this issue but can't seem to find anything, and not sure if this is something that should be in a bug report or not.

 

The issue I'm having at the moment is that I'm unable to chat in any of the world chats (General, Trade etc) stating that I'm unable to do that yet. It worked just fine yesterday.

And the other issue is that now, my Hearthstone cooldown is at 15hrs. Not sure what that one is about.

Is anyone else having this issue? Has anyone figured out the cause?

 

Some help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
