Problem retrieving password for account

Hello,

 

I have a problem retrieving an account with a hotmail adress.

I had two accounts on nostal, and merge them to a new elysium account and confirmed both accounts.

 

Yesterday i noticed that none of the accounts worked when i tried to login. It said "Invalid credentials."

When i tried to login. 

 

One account has a gmail account registerd to it. and it worked like a charm retrieving my password.

The other one have a hotmail account registrerd to it. and it does'nt work at all.

I have waited 12hours and still not got any mail in my inbox trying to retrieve my password.

Have have tried numerous times trying to get my password back but I'm not getting any email on my hotmail account.

 

Anyone has any clue how to fix this?

This is happening to several people I know, myself included.  Gmail receives email instantly to reset password, hotmail never receives the email.  Been waiting over 24 hours at this point.

I have the same problem. Gmail works fine, but my lvl 60 char is on a hotmail account, and ive waited since the release of this elysium server for an email. :S
